I'm helping my students compose a piece of music that ends with a snare roll for two measures and fades out. This is for our winter showcase attended by all families and staff. I'm supposed to be making a case for Noteflight software in my music classes but I can't get it to do what the students want -- a decrescendo on the final drum roll.

I second the urgent need for this feature: dynamic changes during sustained and tied notes, please.

Another vote for a desktop version of Noteflight. I use one of the premium versions for my classroom, personal use, etc. I'm currently arranging a section from Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet for my wedding--my score is only 9 instruments and 50 bars long and it's getting REALLY laggy. I'm only half way through the transcription and wishing I'd started it in Sibelius instead. It's taking 5 seconds sometimes just to delete a note. Otherwise, Noteflight is my go-to for composition, transcription, and arranging. It's also my preference for classroom teaching.
