I think there should be two kinds of comments: One like before, and only on editable scores to comment on certain passages of music or to explain edits etc., and one that works like a forum or youtube-comments, to give general feedback and discuss the music like you would in a forum.
the first and second ending solutions right now are, IMO,not sufficient for professional work.
