Yes I was observing done scores last night and noticed they put periods/commas before the extender line. Couldn't find any close quotation examples. But it's not a big deal.
Btw is there anything I can do to get more votes?

Oh and I found you can use + to make micro-horizontal adjustments, so that's all good.

BTW the issue with underscore/extender lines over barlines not drawing properly appears to often just resolve itself after editing other lyrics, but not always. But not being able to add punctuation etc. after the end of the line is a definite lack, it's a pain trying to add them as general text.

Currently at least under chrome the backspace key doesn't appear to allow deleting the previous word (or hyphen), nor can you get to it by any other key that I've tried.

If you select a passage of already recorded/imported music and change the key signature, the accidental spellings (sharps/flats) stay as they are, whereas 90% of the time you'd want them to change to be appropriate for the new key signature. Also, how do I get more votes? I literally can't suggest any more ideas now...

How many votes is going to need for this to be prioritised? It's not an especially *difficult* or risky change to make (I say that as a programmer that's worked on music playback software).

Absolutely agree - at a minimum I'd like to be able to turn OFF the default interpretation of staccato and other symbols as they often don't sound right. E.g. if I mark something p and staccato it's barely audible.
But ideally I should be able to control what the desired playback length is for staccato, what the desired velocity reduction is for piano etc. etc. At a score level would be ok, at a instrument level better and ideally of course at a per-note level.

If there a way to move the tempo markings to the right so you could fit text before it, that would work fine too.

BTW regarding the guitar examples given below, in all cases I think see better ways of notating them that don't require more than 2 voices per stave. It's actually a little surprising guitarists don't learn how to read from multiple staves for this sort of music, but even without that, unless the composer is really very specific about when they want notes in the lower voice to be stopped, in most cases just using l.v. ties would suffice to show arppegiated lines.

I actually disagree. I think the only reason scores in the past had more than 2 voices per stave were because of difficulties increasing the number of staves. Music with 3+ voices per stave is almost always impossible to read. If the software makes it easy to split one part up into to multiple staves then you don't need more than 2 voices per stave.
