support visual emphasis of staff separation
Often, I like to cram as much music as possible onto each page. There is allways a tradeoff between readability and minimizing the number of pages. Putting staves closer together is one way to get this done, but at some point it gets harder to see where the next staff begins.
In publications this is often emphasised by adding to thick, slanted lines above the leading barline of the first staff, and, sometimes, also to the trailing one. This improves readability, and makes it possible to move things closer together.
I propose adding this as a score setting with two checkboxes: one for beginning of staff, the other for end of staff,. When active, this would add "railroad tracks" between all staves in the entire piece, but not, ofcourse, on page breaks.

Missprint in paragraph 2. Should read "... by adding two thick, slanted lines..."
