Choir voice singing in octaves
In church services, the congregation sings automatically in octaves. It is noted as if it is just the women singing, but in fact the men double the melody one octave below. I would like to write it as simply as that and hear the octaves, because these men interfere with tenor and base voices if a 4-part choir sings as well. I think you could add an instrument doing that. By the way: officially there should be a soprano clef with a little (8) in brackets below, but in practice many editors don't bother and they just use the soprano clef (the G clef). Sorry for my stumbling English.
