You dont always use standard tuning!! Sometimes you use drop D tuning, so I think NOTEFLIGHT should change something to make this possible in their software, because I want to and im sure other people want to learn songs that are in Drop D, or any other tuning that isnt a standard tuning for guitar

Difficult to write the very common simile sign to repeat X number of bars in a phrase for instance, to keep studio charts short and simple. This is VERY common in studio charts and would be an excellent way to make this program work for live and studio situations where people don't know the music.

Create a HTML section on the page for favorites, comments, and sharing. This would probably speed up score pages quite a bit, and also increase functionality.

Text that is large and boxed, and able to appear above the clef at the left side of the page. Unfortunately, text aligned with the bar line shows up on the right, which is pretty useless. Also, the text size is not sufficiently large for this purpose. And it's standard to box rehearsal markings.

There should be able to be drum rolls; and trills for all the instruments
There need to be different types of mallet percussion

Ever entered a bunch of crotchets when quavers would be more accurate?
Or semiquavers which should have been quavers?
I have done this for lengths of whole songs! And it's agonising to swtich them then pul the notes back one at a time, maybe better to start over again but still very frustrating!

It would be great if there was a way noteflight could do this all for us

I try to take my clarinet pieces and transfer them to Noteflight so I can hear them. Sometimes there are linked graces notes. For example two sixteenth note graces notes before a note and Noteflight just skips them. I believe this is the quality of the recording for clarinet (and possibly other instruments).

Elementary Music teachers use recorder and xylophone quite a lot and would be pleased to have them included.

I have just created a new account and they only let me use 10 scores. it should be at least 15 like all the other old people (whose score limit is around the 30-ish).If you are looking for ways to make money, i suggest advertising instead making people pay 50$/yr.

I don't be like being limited. Move it up to like, fifty, or something.

I suggest you make it possible to scan note sheets from .pdf or any other format into Noteflight

sometimes, i just want a print of some scores i created, to do this, you have to open the scores one by one and print or export from there.

it would be great to have the possibility to export and print directly from 'my scores' without opening the score.

When I comment on something, i almost never remember to check it. and it doesn't let you know when someone comments on your stuff.

I know banjos aren't everybody's favorite, but I have one in my band and I'd love to include them in a score. Alternately, you could just allow a customizable staff that would allow a user to identify what each string is. That way mandolin, lute, etc. tabs could be added too.

All my students play the soprano recorder so many of them are trying to find this in the instrument set - they won't take flute as a substitute... Any chance of featuring this, at least in the Classroom Edition?

In pieces that are in 12/8 or 6/8 time, it is sometimes necessary to put in a duplet figure, but the Create Tuplet menu only offers triplets and bigger tuplets. Can we add duplets?

I play ukulele and banjo in addition to guitar and bass and it would be cool to be able to use the tab feature for creating tabs for these instruments. This would be a (hopefully) customizable option for tabs where I could set the note name and range for each string along with the total number of strings. This would also allow for customized tuning of guitars (such as "Drop-D" tuning).
