AAA and other forms of accordion notation?
Most accordionists today use lead sheets. But some of us old-timers remember AAA, which makes learning Stradella bass easy. Treb le staff is the same as piano. Bass staff has the following changes:
1. Notes below third line or on third line with stems going up are single bass notes.
2. Notes... more -

A noteflight downloadable.
You know limewire and garage band. Make a noteflight like that. So crescendo things can be free as long as we are on the site, and we could make unlimited songs to. And for anyone who does not pay for the download, they don't get as many privileges. It's just a thought.

Custom Template for Crescendo
The majority of my time on noteflight is spent composing drumline music. The instrumentation I use (4 lines of "drums") is not available and not even close to the templates available on Crescendo. If I was able to save a custom template onto my profile, it would save ALLLOOTTA TIME
How about saving your template as regular score and then use Save A Copy every time you want a new drumline?

allow to search pieces that have been originally created by the user.
I love music that isn't yet known anywhere but noteflight, but I have a hard time finding them. I wish that you would give us a spot saying if this music was created only by you or this is a masterpiece of someone else's.

Allow audio annotations
Wouldn't it be cool to allow audio annotations to be recorded directly from the microphone into a comment in the score? This would be one way to input free-form musical or voiceover commentary.

Make playback volume of the instruments ajustable
It would be great if one could choose the playback volume of the voices (instruments) individually for each voice. This could make quite some difference in the sound quality of an entire score. Thank you anyway for doing such a great job!!!

Tab notation: Add an 'arpeggio' mode
Which will play a chord like you fret it on the guitar one by one, and not all at once. This will add a nice feel.
You can learn a lot from the free PowerTab software. -

make a way for music teachers to use this in classes of students
I teach middle school students who all have laptop computers and would love to use this free program with them to compose without all of them needing to create a membership to the site

Offer the ability to create a condensed orchestra/band music score.
Large scores need to be condensed into a single page for the ease of conducting. To date, Noteflight does not offer this much needed option. When writing for large orchestras and concert bands, the necessity of reducing the size of the full conducting score is essential.
