Currently, if there is a network timeout, the score gets stuck in "save mode" where the user cannot do anything but reload the score -- and likely lose all progress we have made on the score before the failed save!

Network timeouts are inevitable (slow connection or dropout), which means that current behavior makes lost progress inevitable! Instead, Noteflight should inform the user of a failed save with a network/save error message and go back to edit mode.

In general, Noteflight should have protections in place for slow/flaky connections!
