Different views - include/exclude parts

In addition to a mixer to silence parts, I'd also to be able to create different views of a score, showing different parts. eg. a lead sheet with just melody line, and a more complete arrangement for playback. I'd rather these were conceived as alternate views, rather than a part extraction process.

    We are handling this with a very general part extraction feature that allows any combination of parts to be displayed and printed.
