Placement of chord symbols

I may be missing something, but I'd like to be able to place two chord symbols in a measure even if there's a single whole tone note. i.e. chord symbols need their own "rhythm".

        You can do this today by placing half notes in the measure, attaching chords to them, and then replacing the first half note with a whole note.

        This is not the best way to do this and we have a pending bug to provide a better user interface for placing chord symbols on beats without a corresponding note or chord.
